Training in Surinam
Thank you for your interest in Influencing For Results in Organisations (IFRiO) November 20-23 in Surinam.
While preparing for the training we use the webtools developed by Castle Consultants International.
On this site you can also preview exercises (video’s) from the training and tools that we will use during the programme..
ABOUT TIME AND COSTS
The training is residential, meaning that attendants and trainer(s) stay in the same resort for 4 days, without loosing focus on learning in everyday life.
The price is € 2.150,- including VAT (€ 1.776,86 excluding 21% VAT for )
This covers all materials, Results Passport and the hard cover book Influencing for Results in Organisations by Walt Hopkins.
The price does not include accomodation costs (4 nights full board) and travel.
Accomodation (about 500 euros in Surinam) will be billed separately by the hotel.
I always try to book Jacana Jungle Resort which is situated in a quiet part of Paramaribo.
Flights are cheapest from Amsterdam and vary between 600 and 800 Euros.
Transfer from and to the airport are included in the accomodation.
You will also need a tourist visum (you can buy one at the airport for 30 Euro's) and, if applicable, some necessary vaccinations.
The training is organised in The Netherlands as well as in Surinam. Surinam offers good and professional accommodation and is currently undergoing a transition from an economy based on raw materials towards a more services based economy. The country is rich but the population isn't. The salaries are approximately 1/10th of those in the UK. By offering our programme in Surinam we can offer it as well to Surinamese attendants for an adjusted fee. And our European attendents bring much needed foreign currency with them. Most will prolong their stay, becoming tourism ambassadors for this unique country in South America. To give you an idea what Surinam has to off you can visit this website from a local tour operator.
I will gladly share tips on trips, accommodation and restaurants with those who prolong their stay.
